1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Orbimon, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Orbimon provides observability and monitoring tools for Starlink internet connections. We display and analyze data that you voluntarily send to our platform from your own network equipment.

3. User Responsibilities

• ▸ You are responsible for installing and maintaining the data collection software (Orbimon OS) on your hardware.
• ▸ You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and transmit the data from your network.
• ▸ You agree that you are voluntarily sending data to Orbimon.
• ▸ You must not use Orbimon for any illegal purposes.

4. Data Collection

Orbimon receives network performance data that you send to us, including but not limited to: latency measurements, throughput statistics, packet loss data, obstruction information, and uptime records. This data is collected by software running on your hardwareand transmitted to our servers by your decision.

5. No Starlink Account Access

Orbimon does not access, store, or manage your Starlink account credentials. We do not interact with Starlink's systems on your behalf. We only receive the network performance data that your Orbimon OS installation sends to us.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Orbimon is not responsible for any issues with your Starlink service, internet connection, or any damages resulting from service interruptions.

7. Payment and Billing

• ▸ Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
• ▸ Your service remains active until the end of your current billing period.
• ▸ If you cancel, you will continue to have access until your subscription period ends.
• ▸ No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time.
• ▸ Free trials do not require payment information.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove your data from our systems.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Data We Collect

• ▸ Account information: Email address, name (optional), authentication data
• ▸ Network performance data: Data you send us from your Orbimon OS installation
• ▸ Usage data: How you interact with our dashboard and features

Data We Do NOT Collect

• ▸ Your Starlink account credentials
• ▸ Your network traffic content
• ▸ Personal files or communications
• ▸ Data from devices other than your Starlink router

How We Use Your Data

• ▸ Display your network performance metrics
• ▸ Send alerts based on your configured thresholds
• ▸ Improve our service
• ▸ Communicate with you about your account

Data Retention

Network performance data is retained according to your subscription plan (30 days standard, 365 days with extended retention). Account data is retained until you delete your account.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share data with service providers who help us operate (hosting, email delivery, payment processing). We may disclose data if required by law.
