Orbimon does not access, manage, or control your Starlink account, subscription, or service.
Data shown in Orbimon is collected by software that you install and operate on your hardware or via integrations you configure. You are responsible for collection and transmission of that data to Orbimon.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Orbimon, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Orbimon provides observability and monitoring tools for Starlink internet connections. We display and analyze data that you send to our platform from your network or Enterprise API integrations.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for installing and maintaining collection software or API integrations.
- You must have the right to collect and transmit data from your network.
- You agree that you voluntarily send data to Orbimon.
- You must not use Orbimon for illegal purposes.
4. Data Collection
Orbimon receives network performance data you send to us, including latency, throughput, packet loss, obstruction, and uptime. This data is collected on your systems and transmitted by your decision.
5. No Starlink Account Access
Orbimon does not access, store, or manage your Starlink account credentials unless you explicitly configure an integration that uses credentials you provide. We do not interact with Starlink systems on your behalf beyond what you authorize.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Orbimon is not responsible for issues with your Starlink service or damages from interruptions.
7. Payment and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis where applicable.
- Service remains active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
- No refunds for partial months unless required by law.
8. Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

- Usage data: how you use the dashboard and features
Data We Do NOT Collect
- Your Starlink account credentials (unless you provide them for an integration)
- Your network traffic content

- Send alerts based on your thresholds
- Improve our service
- Communicate about your account
Data Retention
Retention depends on your plan and settings. Account data is kept until you delete your account.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We use subprocessors to operate the service. See Subprocessors. We may disclose data if required by law.
